About the role

  • Will work in the office Support / Service Desk team, providing remote and on-site support to our users, who are currently located throughout Brazil.
  • Typical responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for supporting internal users for IT Level 1 services and occasionally Level 2;
  • Administration of Software Inventory control (licenses);
  • Support for procedures on the Office 365 platform;
  • Support for procedures in Microsoft AD / Azure AD;
  • Support for procedures in Microsoft SharePoint;
  • Support for procedures in Microsoft Intune;
  • Responsible for and mediating technical tickets for repairs or services with vendors, including following up on maintenance visits performed by vendors at the São Paulo branch - Itaim Bibi;
  • Preparing computers to the company standard (creating and applying images);
  • Handling physical relocations and preventive maintenance of IT equipment;
  • Documenting various procedures;
  • Creating, removing and modifying domain users;
  • Supporting office systems as required;
  • VOIP telephony support – basic handset support and Level 1 platform support;
  • Investigating infrastructure issues (basic knowledge of networking, switches, firewalls and cabling).

Requirements

  • A completed university degree is required.
