About the role
- Will work in the office Support / Service Desk team, providing remote and on-site support to our users, who are currently located throughout Brazil.
- Typical responsibilities include:
- Responsible for supporting internal users for IT Level 1 services and occasionally Level 2;
- Administration of Software Inventory control (licenses);
- Support for procedures on the Office 365 platform;
- Support for procedures in Microsoft AD / Azure AD;
- Support for procedures in Microsoft SharePoint;
- Support for procedures in Microsoft Intune;
- Responsible for and mediating technical tickets for repairs or services with vendors, including following up on maintenance visits performed by vendors at the São Paulo branch - Itaim Bibi;
- Preparing computers to the company standard (creating and applying images);
- Handling physical relocations and preventive maintenance of IT equipment;
- Documenting various procedures;
- Creating, removing and modifying domain users;
- Supporting office systems as required;
- VOIP telephony support – basic handset support and Level 1 platform support;
- Investigating infrastructure issues (basic knowledge of networking, switches, firewalls and cabling).
Requirements
- A completed university degree is required.
