About the role
- Assist clients with their international trademark protection needs;
- Receive and analyze client requests to protect trademarks abroad and instruct partner firms in the relevant jurisdictions to carry out the necessary actions;
- Monitor the work of partner firms in the jurisdictions of interest, ensuring deadlines are met and service quality is maintained;
- Notify clients of oppositions, office actions/requirements, and refusals in the relevant jurisdictions, proposing alternative solutions;
- Manage and issue invoices to partner firms;
- Prepare quotes and bill for client-requested services;
- Clarify clients' technical questions.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Property Law and its treaties;
- Experience managing trademark proceedings abroad;
- Advanced English.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced Spanish;
- Knowledge of industrial property laws in Latin American countries;
- Courses and specializations in the field of Industrial Property.
