About the role
- Provide design support for HVAC solutions, primarily for customers in France and French-speaking countries, and secondarily worldwide.
- Interpret and evaluate alternative solutions, considering cost-effectiveness.
- Compare different solutions and options with respect to energy efficiency and the added value they bring to our partners and customers during planning and execution.
- Collaborate effectively with an international team of engineers and specialists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Danfoss sales teams.
- Communicate occasionally with customers, including HVAC designers, consultants, and system integrators; explain our solutions and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification or registration where applicable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within moderately structured organizations, preferably in HVAC system design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Understanding of the energy-saving potential of HVAC systems and customer quality expectations.
- Excellent teamwork and intercultural communication skills.
- Able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, even under time pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with international teams and provide direct customer support.
