About the role
- Define project objectives, scope, and structure by identifying and framing key business issues
- Lead workstreams, facilitate collaboration, and build effective stakeholder relationships
- Conduct structured analyses, including market research, data analysis, financial modelling, and story-lining
- Prepare and facilitate workshops involving a broad range of stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Contribute to building a strong internal strategy function by sharing expertise, supporting recruitment processes, mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in knowledge development
Requirements
- Relevant degree in business, economics, or STEM with strong results
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in strategy
- Strong analytical skills and structured, problem-solving mindset
- Motivation to shape the direction of a global, industrial company
- Curiosity, drive, and proactive approach to tackling diverse challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (Danish is not required)
