About the role

  • Support the Danfoss Drives regional competence center to provide high level technical support remotely or on the field
  • Respond to technical questions regarding Danfoss Drive products and applications from global product teams and local technical support teams across Asia-Pacific
  • Provide field service technical support to countries within APR when required
  • Plan and prioritize technical support requests and maintain required KPIs for response
  • Ensure successful outcome of service together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously develop technical know-how, new technology trends, new products and product features

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / polytechnic graduate in electrical / mechatronics / automation engineering
  • 3 or more years of relevant working experience
  • High technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on drive products and applications
  • Willingness to travel across APR to provide hands-on technical support
  • Ability to build relationships and trust across product and technical support teams in different countries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in working for matrix management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer, service and solution minded
