About the role

  • Support daily operations on automated and manual production lines at the Nordborg factory
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action implementation (8D, RCA) to resolve quality issues
  • Drive preventive actions on the line and reduce scrap
  • Support development and execution of PFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA
  • Ensure robust solutions to prevent non-conforming products from reaching the market
  • Actively engage with shop floor personnel and participate in internal shop floor audit program
  • Contribute to alignment with customer-specific expectations and the QMS
  • Support global smart manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects across products and processes

Requirements

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills using quality tools such as 8D, FTA, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949
  • Six Sigma Green Belt would be seen as an advantage
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Robust, communicative, structured and methodical approach to solving problems
