Product Manager

• Take full ownership of the Energy Recovery Device product portfolio and drive product roadmap
• Manage and optimize existing and future products, ensuring high quality and thorough documentation
• Drive ongoing cost-efficiency improvements and product cost optimization initiatives
• Serve as a key technical and commercial resource for sales, service teams, and other internal stakeholders
• Lead products from concept through commercialization as Product Owner across the entire lifecycle
• Build business cases, define value propositions, and perform competitive analysis
• Collaborate across functions and markets with a customer-focused approach
• Work on-site in Nordborg a minimum of 2-3 days per week
