About the role
- Lead a cross-functional teams to deliver target effectively and on time according to plan.
- Support on design tasks for Cost down projects led by other colleagues.
- Collaborate both globally and locally to ensure strong designs and product construction.
- Research, design, evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Prepare designs, specifications, analysis, and recommendations for development of new product variants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
- 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
- Design experience (DFMEA, GD&T, Product Lifecycle Management)
- Basic supply chain processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
