About the role
- Develop innovative Marine Power Conversion applications together with startups, system integrators (SI), and OEM partners
- Provide technical and application know-how to customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with in-house engineers, project managers, service teams, product developers, and the Application Development Center (ADC) in Gorinchem
- Act as a trusted advisor and solution ambassador for marine electrification projects
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and driving continuous development in the marine sector
- Deliver customer trainings and share expertise to strengthen partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics or relevant work experience with hybridization
- Experience and knowledge of power conversion systems
- Background in Electrification systems, MicroGrid, battery & fuel cell systems
- Experience with Systems Engineering and Vessel Automation Systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion and ownership
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required
- Readiness to provide customer trainings
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
