About the role

  • Handling general pre- and post-sales customer queries, calls, orders, and claims over phone or email to determine what products they need and by when.
  • Providing basic technical support & advisory.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering to our customer’s expectations.
  • Supporting fellow Customer Service team members, if needed.
  • Order handling including handling incoming orders, releasing blocked orders.
  • Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system - prices, extending products etc.
  • Support reporting to Customer Services Manager, bonus management, and the Annual Price Review (APR) process.
  • Registering all customer queries in CRM (Salesforce.com) and following up when needed.
  • Contributing to digital transformation to support excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales role.
  • Proficiency in SAP (required), and Salesforce.com experience is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Customer Centric with a result-driven approach.
  • Open to change and looking for continuous improvement areas in processes.
  • Team player with good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is essential.
