About the role
- Start with local onboarding, followed by a two-week training program in Denmark for an in-depth introduction to our business, products, and work methods.
- Learn Danfoss sales processes—including value selling, customer influence, and sales tools.
- Shadow experienced colleagues in the field to gain practical insights.
- Rotate through key sales and support functions for broad exposure.
- Take responsibility for your own customers or technical projects as you progress.
- Work closely with local and global mentors, receiving continuous career coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maritime studies, business, or a related field.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a global environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Korean and English.
