About the role

  • Development of the sales of the Fluid Conveyance business in the Americas Region
  • Development of the Sales of customers working together with Danfoss Account Managers, Product Managers, and Application Engineering.
  • Creation and Coordination of Sales Initiatives, Growth, and Win plans for your focus areas
  • Being the expert and first representative of the division for Account Managers and Customers in your certain geographical region
  • Actively join and support Account Teams on customer visits or meetings and promote Fluid Conveyance
  • Collect application and product requirements for the BU Product Managers (PDP front end, Voice of Customers, etc)
  • Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities
  • Build a strong internal network and align with stakeholders to be successful in driving business development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business or Sales Development
  • 3-5 years of working experience from B2B, preferably in the Mobile Off-Highway space
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Experience in the Fluid Conveyance business is a plus
  • SAP and Salesforce experience will be an asset
  • Solid business experience in Strategy, Finance and Planning
  • Strong passion for driving the business, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Excellent English language skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Concept-to-Market processes
