About the role
- Development of the sales of the Fluid Conveyance business in the Americas Region
- Development of the Sales of customers working together with Danfoss Account Managers, Product Managers, and Application Engineering.
- Creation and Coordination of Sales Initiatives, Growth, and Win plans for your focus areas
- Being the expert and first representative of the division for Account Managers and Customers in your certain geographical region
- Actively join and support Account Teams on customer visits or meetings and promote Fluid Conveyance
- Collect application and product requirements for the BU Product Managers (PDP front end, Voice of Customers, etc)
- Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities
- Build a strong internal network and align with stakeholders to be successful in driving business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Business or Sales Development
- 3-5 years of working experience from B2B, preferably in the Mobile Off-Highway space
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Experience in the Fluid Conveyance business is a plus
- SAP and Salesforce experience will be an asset
- Solid business experience in Strategy, Finance and Planning
- Strong passion for driving the business, self-motivated, and service-oriented
- Excellent English language skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Concept-to-Market processes
