About the role

Following up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items
Make decisions about order releases, as well as credit limits.
Maintaining accurate collection files as well as maintaining electronic collection notes for each customer account and take actions to avoid past due invoices.
Follow up on discrepancies with Customer Service & Sales team to reduce impact on collection.
Identifying root causes on why invoices are not paid.
