About the role
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Be in Charge on one of the highest Growth Division in Danfoss managing High tech solutions and appealing products that enables the customers operation with Sustainable and Energy Efficient Solutions
- Take the ownership of a vast product portfolio defining the strategy and the go-to-the-market for each of the product available
- Develop partnerships with strategic customers, translating their needs into actionable business plans and growth opportunities
- Drive execution of sales strategies across regions and channels, ensuring focus on integrated Danfoss solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of sales experience with at least 1-3 years in leadership roles
- Technical understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, drives, or automation systems
- Fluent in English; Excellent Communications Skills on Executive Environments
- Proven success in team leadership, account management, and customer relationship development
