- Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth
- Develop new business at existing key accounts
- Develop new business at non Danfoss accounts in their designated region
- Develop relationships at C suite level with existing and new key accounts
- Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings
- Communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss value proposition
- Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience
- More than five years of sales experience
- Strong business acumen
- C-Level management experience
- Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC /R industries
- Capacity to work with and thru others in a matrixed organization
- Salesforce or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to travel up at 60%
