Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified
- Current, unrestricted Indiana Medical License
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Attendance at all required orientation and training
- Maintenance of proper credentialing, state licenses, certifications, and other requirements necessary to perform the job
- Expertise in one or more listed specialties: Dermatology, Rheumatology, Family Practice, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Hematology/Oncology, Allergy-Immunology, Pediatric (subspecialty preferred), or Podiatry
