Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures to drive visibility, execution, and successful outcomes across departments.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, support organizational scaling efforts, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall performance.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure timely decision-making and effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to provide recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines.
- Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
- Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
- 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred.
