About the role
- Prospect, identify, and secure new business with Texas-based defense attorneys and law firms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and excellent follow-up.
- Educate clients on the purpose and value of Counter Affidavits in litigation cost control.
- Collaborate with operations and medical experts to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Attend industry conferences, CLE events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Texas as needed.
Requirements
- 4-year College degree (BA/BS) preferred; relevant industry experience accepted in place of degree.
- Proven success in legal services, medical review, or expert witness sales.
- Strong understanding of injury litigation and the role of medical billing disputes.
- Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
- Supply and support their own internet services.
- Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
