Key responsibilities & impact

Independent leadership and management of complex construction and architectural projects
Coordination of interdisciplinary teams including planners, specialist engineers, and clients
Management of costs, schedules and quality across all project phases
Contract and change order management, as well as management of external service providers
Communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
Ensuring successful project delivery in line with our quality objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
Several years of professional experience in project management or project control
Solid knowledge of HOAI
Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and very good English skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communicator, team-oriented and confident in dealing with clients
Availability for freelance project work (on-site or remote)
