About the role

  • Passion for outstanding design
  • Help shape creative, forward-looking projects
  • Work on exciting design projects in areas such as Brand Experience, New Work, Retail, shopping places, mixed-use development and placemaking
  • Create high-quality presentations, visualizations and brand identities — including the use of modern AI tools for research, concept development and image generation
  • Be part of an interdisciplinary team of interior designers, architects, product designers, communication designers and more

Requirements

  • Several years' experience as an Art Director — ideally with ties to architecture, spatial design, brand communication or design agencies operating in the construction or creative sectors
  • A compelling portfolio with strong visual concepts, a clear design language and experience developing brand or spatial design projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and routine use of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E or similar tools)
  • The ability to integrate AI-generated visuals into design processes thoughtfully and with a strong focus on quality
  • A good sense for spatial representations, visualizations and the graphic translation of complex architectural ideas
  • High creativity, attention to detail and strong brand awareness
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey design decisions
  • Structured work approach, self-initiative and a high standard of quality
  • German language skills at least C1 level and a confident command of English
