About the role
- Support with general office administration, this will include travel arrangements, meeting rooms bookings and set up, daily post and other admin duties
- Professional carry out Front of House reception duties ensuring a welcoming experience both in person and on the telephone
- Support the management and day to day running of the office
- Manage office stock control and running errands, e.g. post, banks, supplies
- Assist with any delegated ISO27001 tasks, ensuring the office is fully compliant
- Support others with reasonable tasks as requested (this may be other teams and other areas of the business)
Requirements
- At least 5 G.C.S. Es to include Maths and English
- Experience working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Excellent IT Skills and fully competent in Microsoft Office
- Competent user of general office machinery and equipment
- Proven experience in all aspects of office administration
- Experience of working pro-actively and using own initiative to complete tasks
