About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work on exciting projects, build a professional network and receive mentoring from experienced managers.
The goal is to prepare you optimally for a long-term role in Sales or Marketing within our company — with diverse development opportunities.
You will rotate through fixed areas such as Trade Marketing, Category Management, Brand & Product Management and Key Account Management, gradually taking on your own responsible tasks.
You will actively participate in day-to-day operations and support cross-functional projects.
You will assist with analyses, presentations and the further development of market- and customer-oriented processes.
You will help prepare relevant product, market, customer and sales information.
You will visit customers and attend events to better understand their needs and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration/economics, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Sales or Management.
Initial practical experience through internships, working-student positions or stays abroad is an advantage.
Interest in brands, markets and customers, with a desire to pursue a long-term career in Marketing or Sales.
Analytical thinking, a structured and independent working style, and a strong willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, initiative and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
Very good German and English skills and confident use of MS Office complete your profile.
