About the role

  • Support the administration and implementation of compensation programs
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analyses
  • Assist in the maintenance of job architecture and career path frameworks
  • Provide salary recommendations for new hires and promotions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analysis
  • Proficiency in conducting salary surveys and analyzing market data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation tools
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
