About the role
- Support the administration and implementation of compensation programs
- Conduct salary surveys and market analyses
- Assist in the maintenance of job architecture and career path frameworks
- Provide salary recommendations for new hires and promotions
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends
- Research and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Develop compensation-related communications for HR stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity within compensation systems
- Participate in the annual compensation review process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analysis
- Proficiency in conducting salary surveys and analyzing market data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation tools
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
