About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor import and export processes
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders and suppliers
- Verify shipping documentation
- Update controls and KPIs
- Monitor shipment and customs clearance deadlines
- Support processes with ANVISA and other regulatory agencies
- Control logistics costs and import expenses
- Interface with customers (customer service)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics or related fields
- Specialization in Foreign Trade preferred
- Intermediate/advanced English
- Knowledge of import/export processes
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade documentation
- Basic understanding of customs legislation
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical importation
- Knowledge of ANVISA processes
- Spanish desirable
