About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with analyses, prepare reports, and maintain the history of events conducted by the department;
  • Assist in managing the budget of the requesting department, controlling investments in events and medical sponsorships;
  • Control event costs, ensuring proper allocation among products, cost centers, and accounting accounts;
  • Contract logistics services necessary for successful execution of events within planned costs;
  • Receive event briefings and plan their execution, ensuring successful outcomes;
  • Develop an annual events calendar based on information gathered from requesting departments;
  • Prepare periodic reports for Product Management, collaborating with Marketing managers to control product budgets;
  • Maintain spreadsheets documenting past events to support planning of Marketing activities involving medical events;
  • Represent the events area and help strengthen partnerships at national and international meetings with internal and/or external clients;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as requesting quotes for materials, qualifying and hiring suppliers, liaising with production and logistics agencies for selection, budgeting, and processing invoices and expenses, among other administrative duties;
  • Maintain close relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), serving as their primary contact with the company before, during, and after medical events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of electronic payment and control systems is desirable.
