About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with analyses and the development of the product Marketing Plan by analyzing scenarios, reviewing strengths and opportunities matrices, and positioning the product;
  • Lead the management and control of the marketing budget, monitoring investments and marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to the financial targets established for the product, supporting the brand manager’s oversight;
  • Prepare periodic reports for Product Management, assisting with the submission of data to headquarters on the product’s performance in the Brazilian market;
  • Attend scientific meetings with the Product Manager alongside key opinion leaders and the medical community, involving other relevant areas (events, medical societies);
  • Represent the company and contribute to strengthening partnerships in national and international meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders;
  • Prepare promotional agendas with strategic information and guidance for promotional materials intended for sales representatives’ use;
  • Perform administrative activities such as: obtaining quotes for materials and promotional items with the purchasing department, liaising with the advertising agency, processing invoices and physician fees, handling materials, and other administrative tasks;
  • Develop promotional materials based on analysis and interpretation of scientific articles in coordination with the medical department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising/Marketing, Pharmacy, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English proficiency;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in marketing;
  • Previous experience in Oncology or with product launches will be considered an advantage.
