About the role

  • Participate in, operationalize, and execute Internal Audit projects;
  • Analyze IT processes, controls, and activities to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and Code of Conduct, aiming to protect and enhance organizational value;
  • Evaluate IT general controls (ITGC), automated controls, and systemic risks;
  • Assess information security risks and IT governance;
  • Perform segregation of duties (SoD) analyses in ERP environments (e.g., SAP);
  • Review and discuss findings and deficiencies identified during audits with audited areas to establish improvement action plans;
  • Organize, lead, and participate in Internal Audit meetings (interviews, opening, progress, and closing meetings);
  • Prepare reports detailing facts, risks, root causes, and recommended corrective actions to improve controls and area performance;
  • Organize and manage audit documentation, action plans, and evidence produced during internal audits;
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of action plans established to mitigate risks;
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests and data analyses applied to critical processes (procurement, sales, inventory, finance, HR, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP;
  • Data Analytics applied to auditing (Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools);
  • Knowledge of ITGC, automated controls, and IT governance;
  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data;
  • Experience in internal audit, internal controls, or Big Four firms;
  • IT audit certification (differential);
  • Experience with Continuous Auditing (differential).
