About the role

  • Serve as the IT point of contact for the business areas in the Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Logistics departments, understanding their primary SAP-related needs.
  • Prioritize the SAP demand portfolio for the business areas.
  • Ensure business needs are correctly understood and translated into viable technological solutions.
  • Lead SAP projects and improvements, ensuring activities are executed within the established timeline, cost and quality.
  • Ensure projects comply with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Systems Validation and Data Privacy guidelines.
  • Monitor vendor deliveries, ensuring the quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness of services provided.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plan, schedule, status reports, change acceptance, and others.
  • Prepare system documentation such as requirements specifications, functional specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with SAP ERP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience managing projects using PMBOK and Scrum.
  • Experience with SAP PP, PM and QM modules.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
