About the role

  • Ensure everyone is following best practices.
  • Available for solving problems and providing clear feedback.
  • Craft PPC strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Build team skills through ongoing training and coaching.
  • Understand each client's paid search goals and ensure the PPC team reaches them.
  • Guide the on-boarding process of new PPC clients.
  • Oversee the PPC team's quality of work, including editing and quality assurance.
  • Participate in client calls/meetings to share campaign status and lead strategy discussions.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years experience managing a PPC team.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing ads on Google, Facebook, and Bing.
  • CRO proficiency.
  • Google Analytics proficiency.
  • Must be proficient with Google Ads scripts and rules.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of the different conversion types and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
