About the role
- Take charge of the design and delivery of high-value work (Branding, Web Design, Product Design, Ads).
- Manage a portfolio of 3 to 5 clients with full autonomy.
- Ensure radical production velocity: deliver over 98% of tasks within promised timeframes (48–72 hours).
- Connect and justify every design decision to a measurable business impact for the client.
Requirements
- Expert, non-negotiable mastery of Figma.
- Business-oriented portfolio: your portfolio should be a series of case studies — "Business Problem → Design Solution → Quantified Results".
- Total ownership: you don't manage "tasks", you run projects end-to-end with radical autonomy.
- Proven velocity: you have a system to go from a brief to a relevant V1 in a few hours.
- Strategic use of AI: Midjourney, Magnific, etc. are integrated into your workflow.
- Influential communication: you can advocate for your ideas persuasively and with clear pedagogy.
