About the role

  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact projects (branding, web design, product design, ad creatives).
  • Manage a portfolio of 3–5 international clients independently, aiming for a client satisfaction score above 90%.
  • Deliver 98%+ of all tasks within our promised fast-paced deadlines (48–72 hours).
  • Tie and justify every design decision to measurable business outcomes for the client (conversions, clicks, retention).
  • Act as a strategic partner to our clients, not just an executor.

Requirements

  • Non-negotiable Figma mastery: You build and use complex Design Systems effortlessly.
  • A business-oriented portfolio: Your portfolio is a set of case studies showing “Business problem → Design solution → Quantified results.”
  • Radical ownership: You don’t “do tasks”; you run projects end-to-end.
  • Proven velocity: You have a system to get from a brief to a high-quality V1 in hours, not days.
  • Strategic AI workflow: You use AI tools (Midjourney, etc.) as a core part of your workflow to boost creativity and productivity.
  • Influential communication in English: You can articulate and defend your design decisions with conviction and clarity, always tying them back to client goals.
