About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the technical focal point during pre-sales phases for Data, Analytics, Power Platform, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
  • Participate in discovery meetings and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions tailored to the client context.
  • Design architectures involving modern data platforms, analytics, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Support the development of MVPs, PoCs, and data platform modernization roadmaps.
  • Prepare technical proposals, executive presentations, and project scopes.
  • Support commercial proposals by defining assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Perform effort estimations, technical sizing, and team definition for project implementation.
  • Lead technical discussions with IT, data, business, architecture teams, and executives.
  • Support the sales team in strategic negotiations and technical alignment with clients.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Data & AI offerings and solution portfolio.
  • Deliver technical and executive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep up with market trends and new technologies related to Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and/or consulting in Data and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience in enterprise projects and corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data solution architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI.
  • Knowledge of data platforms: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery, Data Lake / Lakehouse.
  • Experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration.
  • Knowledge of: modern Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, Medallion Architecture, data governance, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), security, FinOps.
  • Experience with DevOps, DataOps, CI/CD, and Git.
  • Familiarity with Analytics and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience in multi-cloud environments and data platform modernization.
  • Experience with RFPs, competitive bids, and executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
  • Ability to work hands-on in PoCs and projects when needed.
  • Organized for documentation and information management in CRM.
  • Technical or advanced English.
