About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and execute key Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure operational excellence in talent management, employee relations, onboarding, performance processes, policy administration, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communications.
- Track employee training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
