About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Design and build **scalable backend services using Node.js**
  • - Develop and maintain **robust, secure APIs**
  • - Work on **integrations between SaaS platforms, ERPs, and internal systems**
  • - Implement **event-driven flows** (webhooks, retries, idempotency)
  • - Contribute to **authentication and authorization flows** (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
  • - Identify and solve **performance, concurrency, and scalability challenges**
  • - Improve **observability, logging, and error handling in production**
  • - Participate in **technical decisions and architecture discussions**

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 4+ years developing backend systems in production, with experience in integrations and distributed architectures.
  • - Strong experience with **Node.js in production environments**
  • - Experience building and working with **APIs**
  • - Familiarity with **authentication and authorization mechanisms** (OAuth2, JWT or similar)
  • - Experience integrating with external systems or third-party services
  • - Solid understanding of **backend fundamentals (performance, scalability, reliability)**
  • - Advanced English (you’ll work with U.S. clients)
  • **Nice to Have (Not Required)**
  • - Experience with **event-driven architectures or webhooks**
  • - Experience with **iPaaS tools** (Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, etc.)
  • - Experience integrating with **ERPs** (NetSuite, SAP, Business Central)
  • - Experience with **high-concurrency systems**
  • - Familiarity with CI/CD practices
