About the role
- Design and lead the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation.
- Define and execute quarterly demand generation roadmaps.
- Implement initiatives such as webinars, ABM strategies, and enterprise-focused funnels.
- Align marketing initiatives with the commercial team (hunter/farmer model).
- Measure and optimize performance across MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, and revenue impact.
- Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and relevant B2B channels.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Optimize funnels targeting CTOs, CEOs, and VPs of Technology.
- Prioritize investment decisions based on ROI and qualified pipeline generation.
- Integrate AI tools strategically across the marketing lifecycle.
- Design AI-first workflows for content generation and campaign optimization.
- Automate lead nurturing and personalization processes.
- Use AI for data analysis and performance improvement.
- Drive a culture of intelligent automation within the marketing function.
- Design technical content strategies around AI, Cloud, DevOps, and Nearshore Engineering.
- Lead webinars targeting the U.S. enterprise market.
- Develop case studies and sales enablement assets.
- Optimize HubSpot automations, scoring models, and nurturing workflows.
- Lead the current marketing team (design, paid media, HubSpot).
- Establish clear KPIs and accountability structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and technical teams.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation.
- Proven track record generating qualified pipeline in the U.S. market.
- Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or nearshore technology environments.
- Demonstrated impact on revenue through marketing initiatives.
- Advanced and strategic use of AI tools in marketing execution.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot (automation, lifecycle management, reporting, scoring).
- Experience managing B2B paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Deep understanding of ABM and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on ROI and pipeline metrics.
- Builder mentality: proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational capacity.
- Comfortable in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Revenue-first mindset over vanity metrics.
- Advanced English (capable of leading webinars and executive conversations).
- Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán or be willing to work under a hybrid model in Mérida.
- Availability aligned with U.S. business hours (Texas focus).
