About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery of Early Talent activity across trainee and apprentice programmes
  • Coordinate activity across attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, placement planning and qualification
  • Plan and coordinate assessment days, vacation schemes, law fairs, open days, employer branding initiatives and local attraction plans
  • Act as a key contact for candidates, trainees and apprentices throughout their programme journey
  • Monitor trainee and apprentice cohorts, programme and regulatory requirements, deadlines and milestones
  • Identify and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Build relationships with partners, people managers, training providers and wider People team colleagues
  • Act as an escalation point for complex Early Talent queries
  • Design and improve administrative processes, programme administration frameworks, file management structures and ways of working
  • Support Early Talent and wider People projects
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting and programme data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience coordinating complex activities, programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing demands, work autonomously and oversee multiple workstreams
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan, prioritise and deliver high-quality activity
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data, records, programme activity and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound judgement and ability to identify, escalate and help resolve issues
  • Experience coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, teams, locations or programmes
  • Proactive approach to improving processes, systems and ways of working
  • Professional, customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality experiences
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a professional services, legal or other regulated environment is advantageous but not essential
