About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Accounts Payable team in managing all outgoing business and matter-related payments.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm and external suppliers.
- Ensure invoices, expenses and payment requests are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Play a key role in ensuring payments are processed efficiently and queries are resolved effectively.
- Help support the firm's operational success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable or legal finance function.
- Experience of working within a high-volume transactional finance environment.
- Strong systems skills, including experience using finance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships across all levels of a business.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving queries and issues.
- The ability to provide a professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders.
