Own activities for the balance sheet including cash application, payables processing, and employee expense management. Own multiple general ledger activities including: AR, AP, FA and Prepaid expenses. Review T&L expenses and accrued expenses.
Own, support and cultivate new ideas, tools and projects that will improve the Finance function.
Support Finance related activities, including financial analysis, multi state and global tax matters, accounting policy evaluation and implementations, financial system enhancements, and treasury related matters.
Maintain a strong understanding of financial systems associated with the responsibilities above, and others as we scale.
Requirements
Previous experience in a corporate or public accounting role is preferred
Undergraduate degree in Accounting
Positive attitude and professional maturity to learn, contribute and grow with an accomplished team
Strong organizational skills and flexibility in a rapidly scaling, global environment
Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to work across all teams, customers and vendors
Comfortable in Excel, including pivot table and lookup functions, and in organizing large datasets for analysis
