About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on strategic projects to further develop the company in an international environment
Support M&A activities from identifying potential targets through deal execution to integration
Develop planning models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
Prepare financial and strategic analyses and derive well-founded recommendations for action
Support the development of new business models and identify growth opportunities
Analyze market, competitive, and KPI data and conduct benchmarks
Contribute to the optimization of structures, governance, and management processes
Manage sub-projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Multiple years of relevant professional experience (e.g., in investment banking, consulting, corporate development)
Experience on M&A or strategy projects preferred
Strong business and financial understanding with excellent analytical skills
Experience in creating models, analyses, and decision documents
Confident communication with various stakeholders and presentation skills at top management level
University degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a comparable field
Fluent in English (business level), ideally also German
