About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable access to Cytokinetics’ therapeutics through assigned accounts
Provide leadership and management in selecting, contracting, and negotiating trade agreements
Collaborate with functional areas to support channel portfolio strategy
Educate and liaise with SP personnel to facilitate patient access
Monitor operations and ensure contractual obligations are met
Develop and enhance channel ordering and inventory reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a life science, business/economics or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience with 5+ years in market access, trade operations and account management with an emphasis in specialty pharmaceuticals product distribution
IDN account management experience, particularly with IDN SP’s preferred
Experience with negotiating contracts
Outstanding customer relationships, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong project management and operational capabilities including time and events, scenario and contingency planning
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
