Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related technical field) or equivalent industry experience.
10+ years of experience in mission critical industry with at least 4 years as a manager of a technical team supporting live, mission-critical operations.
Strong background in risk identification, commissioning oversight, and issue resolution.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional work across design, construction, and operations.
Experience operating in complex, mission‑critical environments.
Data center, critical facilities, or other high‑reliability infrastructure experience (preferred).
Experience managing both engineering and program management roles (preferred).
Demonstrated success improving operational readiness and reducing post‑handoff issues (preferred).
