About the role
- Drive operational training and enablement strategy at scale.
- Innovate on behalf of learners and organizational stakeholders.
- Create training content that team members want to adopt, share and improve.
- Work collaboratively with partner teams to set expectations and KPIs.
- Achieve metrics and KPIs that measure success of strategic initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 5+ years of training content development experience.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of training creation, practices, and procedures.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring (Brainshark, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and learning management system (LMS) software (Workday, Moodle, etc.).
