About the role
- Shape and execute the lead generation and marketing strategy in our Test Automation and CI Business Unit
- Manage the marketing roadmap and coordinate with the engineering team
- Align website updates, blog posts, and outreach with upcoming conferences and events
- Plan and coordinate our presence at conferences and events
- Track and follow up on leads
- Support business development and client presentations
- Collaborate with the engineering team to position offerings and close deals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (consulting or B2B preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing processes
- Excellent English (German a plus)
- An understanding of Software Engineering and the corresponding development processes is a plus
