About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks.
Define automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create automations to validate different scenarios and build automation from scratch.
Execute automated and manual tests (functional, exploratory, and regression).
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Analyze risks, identify defects, and propose continuous improvements to QA processes.
Use bugs found, including those discovered in production, to expand regression and automated test coverage.
Mentor teams, promote best practices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
Experience with performance, security, and usability testing.
Proven experience creating automations for different business scenarios.
Strong background in manual testing.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to test automation.
Familiarity with Porto Seguro tools and processes.
Ability to act as a technical QA reference.
