About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Error analysis and resolution: Investigate issues using logs, debugging, and code analysis, ensuring complete and accurate troubleshooting.
  • Tracking solutions: Monitor and report the progress of actions until full resolution of incidents.
  • Collaboration with partner teams: Engage other teams when necessary, fostering agility and cooperation through proactive communication.
  • Quality assurance: Validate and test technical deliverables before production deployment with clear and intuitive evidence.
  • Production releases: Execute RDM (Request for Deployment Management) processes, including possible after-hours deployments.
  • Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical and operational materials for clients and internal use.
  • System monitoring: Create and optimize services and dashboards to ensure high availability and system performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Java: Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and development patterns.
  • Batch routines: Strong expertise in developing, analyzing, and maintaining batch processing routines for high transaction volumes, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • DataStage: Experience developing, analyzing, and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring efficient integration and integrity of large data volumes.
  • Development tools: IntelliJ, Eclipse, and similar IDEs.
  • Monitoring and observability: Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Dynatrace.
  • Java frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security.
  • Programming languages: Java (primary), JavaScript.
  • Databases: Oracle.
  • Relational DBMS: SQL Server.
  • NoSQL: Redis.
  • Integration platforms: Sensedia, Mulesoft.
