About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical implementation & integration
Support with installation, configuration and platform integration
Integration into existing IT/OT and security landscapes
Alignment of infrastructure, network and security requirements
Support for deployment concepts (on-premises, hybrid, cloud)
Conducting technical workshops with international enterprise customers
Analysis of customer requirements and technical use cases
Advising on cybersecurity, vulnerability management and compliance topics
Long-term technical support for customers after go-live and contract signing
Expanding the use of ZYLENTIX across additional business units, product areas or locations
Identification of new use cases and potential opportunities within the customer organization
Building long-term customer relationships at technical and strategic levels
Identification of new technical and organizational requirements
Collecting, structuring and prioritizing customer feedback and pain points
Supporting new features and requirements through to implementation
Technical project support throughout the entire implementation phase
Coordination between customers, internal teams and external partners
Tracking progress, risks and open issues
Documentation of architecture, operations and integration concepts
Preparation and conducting of status meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in IT, OT, cybersecurity or software implementation projects in an enterprise environment
A good understanding of modern IT/OT, network and infrastructure architectures
Enjoy working with customers and solving technical challenges collaboratively
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and complex corporate structures
Technical understanding of Linux, containerization, APIs and software integration
Ideally knowledge in vulnerability management, asset management or security operations
Experience in healthcare, MedTech or industrial environments is a plus but not required
Motivated to take responsibility and support customers long-term on their journey to success
