About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support and perform data maintenance and cleanup for basic-to-complex data transactions
- Perform data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations
- Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems to support claims adjudication and provider directories
- Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements
- Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit when needed
- Validate system enhancements
- Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses of provider data issues and trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements
- Conduct and manage audits of provider information
- Escalate issues for resolution as appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of maintaining information within multiple databases
- 1–2+ years of provider data service background
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments
- Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations
- Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- EPDB experience preferred
