About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members
Perform approximately 30-minute visits including medication and medical history reviews
Educate members about their health and answer their questions
Provide 40 hours of availability weekly and 320+ capacity units per month
Maintain a visit completion rate of 220+ completed visits per month
Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements
Engage in regular manager, team, and clinical meetings
Meet Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics
Conduct Video Visits only as a dedicated telehealth clinician
Work autonomously while operating computer and phone systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Physician qualification as an MD or DO
Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas
Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)
Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or similar format preferred
Provide 40 hours of availability weekly
Consistently provide 320+ capacity units per month
Consistently complete 220+ visits per month
Broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled
Quiet setting with neutral background for conducting visits
Ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines
Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
Proficiency with information management and technology
