About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate on a product team of 6–10 people including engineers, UX designers, and a product manager
Build high-quality, usable products for customers and stakeholders
Educate business and technology personnel on the development process
Create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery
Maintain a user-centered and business-priority approach in design perspective and practice
Work collaboratively as a contributor to an Agile team
Lead the design of efficient and user-friendly software products supporting business needs
Develop frontend and backend code using test-driven development

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment
7+ years of Java development experience using Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC
4+ years of frontend development experience using Angular 8+
2+ years of experience using Agile concepts such as continuous integration (CI/CD) and test-driven development (TDD)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure hardware and software such as OpenStack, AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong leadership experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar
1 year of professional work experience required for every year of college degree not completed, in addition to required years of experience
