About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for administrative, transaction, and broker fees within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business
Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance reporting for Network P&L line items
Support annual operating plans, multi-year plans, and quarterly forecasts with client-level and pharmacy-level detail
Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers including client mix, volume, and rate changes
Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics, transaction volume modeling, client-level fee rate analysis, and scenario planning
Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials
Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects directed by the Manager
Communicate financial information clearly to Finance leadership
Partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional work experience
Required Bachelor’s Degree
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment
Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures, including administrative fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred
Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets
Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to prepare clear, management-ready reporting
Collaborative work style and ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams
Ability to work 40 anticipated weekly hours
